Important Exhibitor Information
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our Professional Development Conference. We are anticipating more than 1,600 teachers with many family members in attendance. We are excited being back at Corpus Christi. Your participation helps make our event a memorable one for all of our teachers. More than 85 exhibitors are registered. It is always very challenging to place each exhibitor in the perfect spot, but logistically that is simply impossible. Sponsorships drive part of our placements, space requests play a part, and finally date order of request. We believe everyone will have a spot that will allow visibility for your organization. We are also attaching a floor plan and your placement.

Using this link, you will be able to order additional furnishings and services from the American Bank Center, such as electrical and internet service. This link will also be available on our website.
Due to low turnout for the breakfast portion of Taste of Texas on Tuesday morning, that portion has been eliminated to give the exhibitors more time to concentrate on lunch, and an extra 30 minutes has been added to the lunch time. It will close at 1:30 p.m. instead of 1:00 p.m. to give everyone a chance to sample food products.
We have revamped our new teacher workshop on Monday evening, and our leadership team is requesting that no vendor materials be passed out outside the room that evening. Time is a factor here, because we are going to try to get them out by 8:00 p.m.
Some of you may have flyers or other promotional material. We ask that you distribute them at your booth rather than distribute them at the workshops on Wednesday and Thursday.
Again, thank you for your participation in our signature event. Without you, it wouldn’t be possible to have a conference like this, which we believe is one of the best of its kind. My staff and I look forward to seeing each of you in Corpus Christi.
